How billing works, what plans are available, and how to manage your subscription.
Billing & Plans
Aldersverificering uses postpaid billing — you pay monthly for what you actually use. There is no prepayment or credit required.
Manage your subscription at Account → Subscription.
Plans
We offer a free plan and paid plans. The free plan lets you test with pk_test_ keys only. A paid plan is required for production verifications.

How billing works
- You use the API during the month
- At the end of the billing period, an invoice is generated based on actual usage
- The invoice is charged automatically to your saved payment method
- You can see your usage at any time in Account → Usage
Changing your plan
- Go to Account → Subscription
- Click Change plan and select the new plan
- You will be taken to a checkout page
- Any unused days on your current plan are credited against the new plan
What happens if a payment fails
If an invoice payment fails, your production API access is suspended until the invoice is paid. You will receive an email from Stripe with a link to update your payment method.
Your test keys continue to work during an overdue period.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
