Going Live

Before you switch

Complete this checklist before switching to production:

• You have a paid plan at Account → Subscription
• You have created a pk_live_ key at Account → API Keys
• Your live domain is whitelisted at Account → Domains
• You have completed a successful test in test mode — see Testing

Switch to production

1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Aldersverificering
2. Paste your pk_live_ key into the Production Public Key field
3. Click Save changes
4. In the Environment & API Keys card, select Production mode
5. Click Save changes again

After saving, the status strip shows:

🟢 Active — Production mode · all products

(Or selected products only, depending on your scope setting.)

The TEST MODE banner on the cart and checkout pages is no longer shown.

Verify it works

Place a real test order on your live store using a valid MitID identity. Confirm that:

• The age verification popup (or redirect) appears at checkout
• Completing the MitID flow allows the order to proceed
• The event appears in Account → Events as a live (not test) verification
